Maroubra Semi
This home was in an awesome location but in desperate need of an overhaul. It is now essentially a brand new home, with only a few existing walls remaining. We added a storey, extended out back, and put in a pool with a rear studio. It is now a beautiful coastal home with industrial elements including black windows, black metal and glass door, and a white and grey colour scheme throughout. The coastal vibe is brought through the oak shelving, VJ panelling and cool circular oak handles on the joinery. It even features a built-in dog bath in the laundry! It is now a dream home in every way.
