Summer Hill Cottage
This lovely old cottage was ready for a renovation when are arrived. Its quirky layout didn't do the old home justice. So, we did a full interior renovation, raising the ceiling in the living/dining, knocking down some walls and rearranging the layout of the bedroom wing. We put in new windows and flooring in the newer parts of the home, added skylights, and renovated all existing spaces. All the while keeping the traditional feeling of the home with all the existing lead light windows remaining. The bathrooms are now bright and airy with traditional look floor tiles. The kitchen is classically beautiful with beige and white cabinetry, spotted gum open shelving, glass cupboards and shelving, and beautiful stone benchtops. The small but practical laundry matches the home in every way. It is now a stunning home!
