North Parramatta Cottage

A full renovation of an old cottage in North Parramatta. We fixed the whole home structurally, put on a new roof, new cladding, added an extension, and completed a new garage studio addition. We put in new timber flooring, painted the old dark trim white, put in new modern light-filled bathrooms, a huge kitchen, and a large entertaining deck. We also kept the old stain glass windows and repurposed them. The home now has a modern, classic feel while still having all of its old Heritage features.
